Butterscotch Bakelite Stretch Bracelet and Earrings Set

Butterscotch Bakelite wedge stretch bracelet, measuring 1 inch wide, with the bracelet’s 3-bead panels measuring 7/8 inch in width each. Certain of the bracelet’s beads have a darker, brownish color which is part of the Bakelite material and not finish damage (see photos).
At first glance the large Bakelite beads in the bracelet appear scored with vertical lines but in fact the ‘panel’ portions are comprised of three separate, distinctively shaped beads that are mimicked in the matching earrings.
The matching earrings measure 7/8 inch wide and 1 inch long and show age-appropriate wear to the findings.
Both pieces test positive with Simichrome polish.
